- David Allen Wright (born December 20, 1982 in Norfolk, Virginia) is an All-Star Third Baseman in Major League Baseball who plays for the New York Mets.
- David Wright was brought up in Chesapeake, Virginia. Wright attended Hickory High School in Chesapeake, Virginia. In high school, he was a three-time All-State selection and, as a senior, was named the Virginia Player of the Year. He also played on an Amateur Athletic Union team that included current Major League Baseball players Ryan Zimmerman, B. J. Upton and Justin Upton. Although Wright had signed a letter of intent before his senior year to play baseball at Georgia Tech after high school, he opted to sign with the Mets after being selected in the supplemental first round of the draft.

He also managed to find two Hidden Immunity Idols. At the merge, his game quickly gained momentum. Despite losing an ally at the rock draw, David regained numbers and proceeded to systematically take out the opposing alliance. Ultimately he was seen as too big of a threat to win, and David was blindsided by his closest ally, Ken McNickle, at the last vote before the Final Tribal Council.

Sam is puzzled, but Dean sees Sue Ann using a Coptic cross and interrupts her. The Reaper withdraws and David survived .
