- This isolated village is placed east of The Shire and west of the Misty Mountains. It is actually comprised of four villages - Bree, Archet, Staddle, and Combe, all scattered throughout Bree-Hill. The village is protected by a dike and hedge, which has a gate that all visitors must enter in. Bree is built at the intersection of two roads, the Great East Road and the North Road. The town is known for two things - the fact that Men and Hobbits have lived together for centuries, and it's famous inn' The Prancing Pony.
- Bree was the woman who waged a prank war against Robert Chase in the Season 7 episode Carrot or Stick. She is the sister of Nika. She was portrayed by actress Maite Schwartz. Chase met Bree at Sanford Wells' wedding. However, when he learned that Bree didn't sleep with men on the first date, he dumped her and moved on. However, later that night, Bree returned to the room she shared with Nika to find Chase grabbing a quick shower. She took a picture of him and, a few weeks later, hijacked Chase's social media account by guessing his password was "password".

- Bree, working beneath Corbin of a Carrion house, helped operate the "scrap shop" in deep space to immobilize vessels, wipe out their crews, and sell the ships whole or part by part. Compared to his boss, Bree was a poorer judge of shipbuilding quality and the value of possible targets. The pair had a working relationship with Saffron and she had sent at least one other vessel into the lethal "net" of their carrion house.
- As a newborn, Bree's entire characterization is screaming about how much she wanted to eat Bella and questioning how the Cullens could resist. She dies a death that sounds worse than the scream heard as a dental drill enters a person's urethra. For some reason, Meyer thought it would be a good idea to name this (supposedly) tragic character after a kind of cheese. Presumably, her next books will include cancer victims named Gouda and Pepper Jack. Alternatively, this was a crossover attempt with the now-defunct Lonelygirl15 Youtube vlog.
