ISN was originally created as a sub-division of Biased Ratings. It was supposed to not just rate, but review and investigate shames. This was because people said that the ratings are unreasonable and not backed up. The people at ISN hated Biased Ratings, and split not even a week later. ISN became its own independent company, and started giving away all sorts of information about shames.
