The Plateau of The Wicked is a region of mountains that hold a crest of ruins that is known as the Shadow Temple. It is home to Echo Uchiha during the timeline of Naruto Omega Beta. The mountain range is colored black from an ancient and destructive battle that interestingly enough was caused by Echo and resulted in him taking over the secluded region. Unknown to most, this region is the former home of Babylon, once a desert kingdom that was turned mountainous by molten eruptions caused by Echo's tectonic disturbances. The mountains are completely hidden by an eternal wall of fog that seeps through the valleys that host rivers and dark villages within.

The mountain range is colored black from an ancient and destructive battle that interestingly enough was caused by Echo and resulted in him taking over the secluded region. Unknown to most, this region is the former home of Babylon, once a desert kingdom that was turned mountainous by molten eruptions caused by Echo's tectonic disturbances. The mountains are completely hidden by an eternal wall of fog that seeps through the valleys that host rivers and dark villages within. Further through the region, through a path leadign from the river and village, lies a massive array of ruins covered in unholy hieroglyphics. This is a place of gathering for the dark monks that live there, who worship their legendary and dark god of battle and evil, the everliving Echo Uchiha. Who is in fact known as their god of Twilight. This hanus establishment makes practice of unimaginable torturings and sacrifices of those who are unfortunate to wander into the mountains or be brought there. Access to the ranks of this temple can only be earned through a trial of eating five baby chicks and offering ten people in the name of evil. At the furthest and largest mountain lies a gargantuan palace that is completely unseeable from the view of man, through spiritual and cloud based means. The Shadow Temple inhabitants seem to know that a deity lives there through the wicked green clouds that coat the largest mountain. It is here that Echo lives, able to see his subjects from the massive summit. Inside are four wings, each the size of the Hokage's pallace, and a center spire that houses Echo's pool of Twilight. Inside of a massive cauldron shaped object lies a body of liquid looking energy in a continuous spiral. Echo uses this embodiment of energy to watch any one location at a time.
