King Oldorin of Perivor is the current ruler. He is only featured in the Seeress of Kell, where Naradas in the guise of the wizard-advisor Erezel had come into his confidence. Naradas/Erezel, sent by Zandramas, had effectively turned Oldorin into his puppet and had also discovered the location of the "Place Which Is No More." King Oldorin had a map of that area of the world that would have the older spellings of the Korim/Turim Reef. He has mannerisms like Mimbrate Arends and aspired to reunite with his Arendish cousins (which was facilitated by Belgarion and Zakath).
