- Handsome Jack is the main villain in Borderlands 2. He has taken over the Hyperion Corporation and has declared himself the dictator of Pandora. He also took the credit of the events in the previous game. Prior to the takeover Jack worked as a programmer for Hyperion and took care of his physically abusive grandmother. When Jack became an adult he had his grandmother murdered. Due to his actions Vault hunters have been given the task to kill Handsome Jack. Knowing this Jack has lured countless Vault hunters to their deaths, taunting them when they find out that they have been tricked.
- Handsome Jack is the main antagonist in Borderlands 2 , the deuteragonist of Borderlands: the Pre-Sequel and the tritagonist of Rhys story turned main antagonist in Tales From The Borderlands. He is a ruthless, cruel leader and a self-proclaimed "Hero". He also stole the credit for defeating the entity that resided in the Vault from the original vault hunters form the original game. Handsome Jack wants to find and activate the Warrior, so he can get rid of all "criminals" on Pandora and rule the land for himself. He is voiced by Dameon Clarke, who also voiced Perfect Cell.

| - *Jack appears to have heterochromia. It is genetic--his mask was fashioned to have it, as well.
*He has a diamond pony called "Butt Stallion", which Jack clarifies is in fact a living horse made of diamonds.

| - Handsome Jack is the main antagonist of both Borderlands 2, Tales from the Borderlands and the deuteragonist of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel. He has taken over the Hyperion corporation, declared himself dictator of Pandora, and stolen all of the credit for finding The Vault, going so far as to claim responsibility for killing The Destroyer. A new team of Vault Hunters is tasked with killing Jack and restoring peace to Pandora.
Jack has a geostationary moon base in the Lagrange point between Pandora and Pandora's geostationary moon Elpis. It acts as an homage to his ego as well as a supply base from which he can send supplies and troops down to Pandora. The satellite also has a lens that allows Jack to keep an eye on the Vault Hunters at all times.
