Chernushka (Finn. Mustala, Bshk. Qalashähär) is a Uralican city near the southern border of Permski Rayon, situated on Highway UH-23. It has a very diverse economy, especially where industry is concerned. Food production, ceramics, hardware manufacturing, textiles/clothing production, agro-chemical industry (mainly fertilisers), production of construction materials, and the refining of oil all take place in the city, plus there is some metallurgy as well from excess stock coming from the east.

Retail and finance are also both extremely important - Chernushka is the financial hub for southern Permski Rayon, plus it sits close to the border with Bashkortostan, so the retail sector is purposely oversized to provide for tourists' shopping needs.
