Chukage met Asako Jirou, who had to take the report back to the Empire. The Phoenix did not notice that Oku passed the Inquisitor a forgery, keeping the original papers for himself.

When the company later abandoned the planet, there became a cargo cult among the Oku that burned fires in patterns of landing lights and prophesied that the magical ships would return.
