Leader: Chief Haden Mark-Anthony is the overall leader of the DCPD, he is the younger brother of Basil Mark-Anthony, the Headsman, of the Headsman’s guild (and also the leader of the Skull Men). Chief Mark-Anthony was long time friends with the Pettigrew family, he is generally considered to be an honest, good natured man, a good leader, and a good cop. He is five foot, seven inches tall, so on the short side, and since he is no longer on active patrols he’s rather portly, but still a definite physical threat. He is thirty nine. Chief Detective Mortimer Crash, formerly Mortimer Pettigrew, is the head of the DCPD investigative unit. History: The DCPD has existed almost as long as the city itself. They have a long history of being corrupt, devious, and occasionally overly brutal. Negligent, and uncaring when they should be paying attention, and overly strict where they have no business interfering- as in peoples private lives. The DCPD has a training facility at Street Level, and an Officer’s Academy on Second Upper. Prisons are located at Street Level, on the outskirts near the factories. Courts are on Second, Third, and most notably Fourth Upper. Primary Level of Operation: All levels except the Zenith, which employs its own private guard, to protect it from corruption.
