Simplicity 3226; ©1950; Misses' Skirt, Halter and Bolero: A wide pointed collar is featured on the fitted halter which has buttons and loops down the center front and may be worn inside or over skirt. The skirt has a front slide fastener closing under the pleat and the waistband buttons at the front. Short kimono sleeves with bias cuffs are features of the collarless bolero. Saddle-stitching is used as trimming in Style 1. Style II has contrasting stitching.
