Chalcanthite is a poisonous sulfate mineral that is commonly found blue with some green tints, and grows with other sulfate minerals like copper. Chalcanthite is named after the Greek words chalkos and anthos which means Copper Flower. Chalcanthite also contains a variety of poisonous metals.
