The BMW Z3 2.8i is a small roadster manufactured by BMW. It was designed to compete with the Mazda MX-5 and other successful roadsters and underwent a facelift in 1999. The 2.8i was equipped with Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) and was the highest priced non-M car of the Z3 range until 2000, when it was replaced by the Z3 3.0i.
