Gaunt Gary was a 20th century pool hustler from New York City. It was said that Gaunt Gary hustled the great Willie Mosconi in Ames Pool Hall in 1953. Tom Paris created a hologram of the famous player for the Chez Sandríne holodeck program. He tried to hustle Harry Kim asking if he wanted to wager a fin. He also told him to watch out for Paris, that he would take his money without cracking a smile. Gary's sexist manner offended B'Elanna Torres. He told her that a man should treat a lady like a tramp, and a tramp like a lady. She called him a pig. (VOY: "The Cloud")
