| - Rubicante (jap. ルビカンテ, Rubikante) ist ein Elementarfürst und Untergebener von Golbez aus Final Fantasy IV und Final Fantasy IV: The After Years. Er ist der Anführer der Elementarfürsten und beherrscht das Feuer-Element. Rubicante ist seinen Gegnern gegenüber gnadenlos, besitzt jedoch so viel Ehrgefühl einen interessanten und ebenbürtigen Gegner nicht dann herauszufordern, wenn dieser bereits geschwächt ist, da er die ganze Stärke seines Gegners erfahren möchte.
- Rubicante is the leader of the Elemental Archfiends in Final Fantasy IV. The strongest of the group, Golbez left him in charge of the Tower of Babil, the villain's main stronghold.
- In spite of his less than savory actions, he is an honorable fighter at heart, and restores the party's health before every fight against him. He wears a "Cloak of Flame", which, when donned, absorbs all elemental magic, though ice elemental weapons can still damage him (the 3D version is an exception to this). He is voiced by Lee Everest and Norio Wakamoto in the English and Japanese versions respectively.

- The Malebranche known as Rubicante, whose name means "Red One",, is the flameshrouded prince of rust and ruin, and is said to speak words of sense and peace to those who burn in his firy embrace. Rubicante was worshiped in the fallen realm of Thassilon, and ruined shrines to the devil lord lie in wait in the remnants of such Thassilonian settlements as Xin-Shalast.
- Rubicante è un antagonista apparso in Final Fantasy IV. Nella prima traduzione inglese del gioco, era conosciuto come Rubicant.
