The tail has a bigger fin so that the Leviathan is able to swim faster in the sand. In difference to the normal Lagiacrus the mouth is longer and thinner. Desert Lagiacrus possesses long, sharp teeth for holding prey. Desert Lagiacrus' horns are bigger for attacks from underneath the sand. The legs are stronger and shovel-like to support the swimming in the sand.
