Ugo de Carolis (born 1887 and killed in action 12 December 1941) was a Brigadier-General and commander of the 52 Motorised Division Torino on the eastern front during World War II. He was also a recipient of the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross (). The Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross was awarded by the Third Reich to recognise extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership.
