You simply go to the top of the page and there should be a button that says "edit" with a pencil symbol on the left. Click that, and it will take you to the editing format of the page. There, you can add or remove anything written to put it on the article. There are other options available to you when editing to the right of the page. In the top right, there is a button that says "Publish". When you are done editing the page, you click that button and your edits will automatically update the article to how you edited it.
