They give off the same wavelength as the sea, so it's usually used for containing Devil Fruit users. It totally negates their powers and they get really weak." Wynn: "Wow, so he must be really strong then, huh?" Chezamík: "Maybe. Why don't you check it out?" Wynn: "Good call. Captain Jordan?" Jordan: "Yes recruit?" Wynn: "Can I go to the bathroom, sir?"
