Agim Ramadani, born 3 May 1964 in the village of Zhegër, outside of Gjilan, Republic of Kosovo, was one of the highest ranked military leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army. Agim Ramadani was one of the masterminds behind the capture of the border between Republic of Kosovo and Republic of Albania leading to the most significant KLA victory during the Kosovo war. Agim Ramadani was killed in battle during the fierce fightings between Serb forces and KLA forces in Rrasa e Koshares, in southwestern Kosovo on April 11, 1999.
