In January 2015 she attended to Sinead Tinker after she as injured in the Underworld minibus crash. She questioned her as to how much pain she was in and told her that they could give her drugs to combat it, advising her not to be brave and to count herself lucky that she was alive. She advised the family that the extent of her spinal injuries couldn't be assessed until they had done CT and MRI scans. The character was credited as "Crash Doctor" in her first two appearances.
