| - Although the Happy Liberty Imports represented itself as a respectable pre-War company, it was in fact one of many fronts for the Chinese government in America as it conducted espionage activities prior to the Great War. The company was tasked with delivering specialized shipments to operatives posing as American businessmen. In 2077, Happy Liberty Imports delivered a shipment, invoice number HP-4110c, to the CEO of L.O.B. Enterprises. This shipment contained a unique variant of pistol, the Zhu-Rong v418 Chinese pistol. This pistol fires incendiary shots. When L.O.B. was raided by Federal agents, and subsequently damaged by the nuclear holocaust, the gun and invoice miraculously survived and were preserved in the CEO's office.
