Scott "Scotty" Douglas is a first grader from Rowley's karate class. He was going to do a magic act in the Talent Show with Rowley as his assistant, but after Greg broke Rowley's big toe, he had to fill in for Rowley. Scotty looks oddly like Creighton the Cretin, Greg's comic book character. In the fifth book, he wins the Peachy Breeze Ad competition and becomes the new Peachy Breeze kid, but Greg thinks its not good to take him because he thinks he will get a gross look like his elder brother when he grows up.
