The 1951-52 Northern Tournament was won by the Earls Court Marlboroughs, who claimed the playoff championship for the Northern Cup. The Durham Wasps won the regular season. Each team traveled to Durham to play the hosts four times (except Dundee, who only played two fixtures), with the standings being decided on goal average.
