The estate was last in the hands of Tesera Kreldin, widow of Kennith Kreldin and mother of Danik Kreldin. It was destroyed in late-15 ABY by HIMS Ravager, under the directives of the COMPNOR Select Committee, due to charges of treason carried out against Danik Kreldin, who had tried to launch a plot that would usurp the new Emperor from the throne. Prior to the bombardment, the estate was gutted, its furnishings and belongings auctioned off to raise funds for the Empire. In the days leading up to its destruction, ISB agents tracked down as many of its current and former workers as it could, along with as many of Kreldin's relatives as could be found, and locked them inside one of the estate's ballrooms. None escaped alive before the estate was turned into slag.
