  • One day, Wario was sitting at home eating a plate of cakes when a small, strange creature called Splunk appeared from nowhere and stole them from right under his nose. Upon realizing his food was missing and spotting the thief, Wario gave chase, which led him all the way to the Temple of Form where he discovers the Form Baton. Picking up the strange item out of curiosity, Wario accidentally triggered a trap, in the form of a giant boulder that proceeds to chase him out of the temple.
