The 1970 Mason-Dixon 300 was a Grand National (now Sprint Cup) event held at Dover International Speedway on September 20, 1970. Richard Petty was the dominant car, leading 186 of the 300 laps in route to a twenty-seven second victory on Bobby Allison. Eventual season champion Bobby Isaac finished 6th.
