Lycarax (real name unknown) is a mage (described as a "third-rate sorcerer out of Ventura County") who somehow came into possession of one of the pieces of the Telchines' Astrolabe, the Mirror of Tanith. He used the Mirror's properties to form a werewolf-themed cult, the "Garou of Ragnarok," which he used to scam his followers of money, Essence, artifacts, magical lore, etc. In late 2006, he lost the Mirror and a number of other artifacts in a confrontation with Dr. Macabre's minions and the California Crusaders. Whatever happened to Lycarax or his cult afterwards was not revealed.
