Felwinde Flynn, also known as Markswing to a select few, was one of the last remaining and few naturally magicless members of the House of Flynn. He was a very powerful warrior, preferring to use fist weapons during combat situations. While a member of SI:7, he was an effective infiltrator and actor when it came to convincing targets of a pre-made identity. Having committed some heavy crimes in his youth that weighed heavily on his mind even after the long passage of time— mostly at the coaxing and for the benefit of his uncle— Felwinde himself as well as other observers considered the man to be a very troubled spirit. Through some chance encounters, he eventually achieved a kind of inner peace before his eventual death at the hands of his old mentor.
