The Vanisher-class Starfighter is one of the new brand of starships the Genoshans are manufacturing now that the Genoshans have been connected to the rest of the Sector. Since the Genoshans tend to rely on intelligence and intrigue over brute strength, they realized that in order to get information, they would need to create a ship that could get in and out of any system quickly, gather a large amount of information, and get out again, preferably undetected.

Their answer was the Vanisher. While at this point in time there is only one Starfighter, a total of five more are planned over the next few years. While there have been no actual conflicts in which the Vanisher would have been used, naval exercises using the Vanisher show much promise to this stunning little fighter.
