Chris MacAllister was one of the seven founding members of the Centrist Party in January 2367 and was elected to Hutori's Parliament in November 2368. He was part of the Hainsborough II cabinet from 2373 to 2381 as Minister of Trade and Industry. Following Philip Davis's resignation in 2376, MacAllister successfully ran for the leadership of the party. In 2383, after two years of investigation on the CUP's Prime Minister, Philip Barnwood, and talk of impeachment, he headed a center-left coalition to take power. This move possibly saved Barnwood and Hutori from an impeachment process and also placed the Centrist as head of government.

| - Chris MacAllister was one of the seven founding members of the Centrist Party in January 2367 and was elected to Hutori's Parliament in November 2368. MacAllister has led three cabinet so far.
* MacAllister I lasted three years, from 2383-2386, and was a center-left coalition with the Aesthetic Party, the New Democratic Party, and the United Force of Decay.
* MacAllister II lasted two years, from 2386-2388, and was a center-right coaltion with Right is Right, Conservative Union Party, and United Force of Decay.
* MacAllister II lasted for five years, from 2388-2393, until his death. It was a center-right coalition with Right is Right and United Force of Decay. MacAllister was not a strong supporter of the Union, until he became President of it. He was the leader during Hutori's seccession by efforts initiated by its main coalition partner, the RIR. On the voting of said bill, the Centrist Party was the only party to object to the seccession bill. Following the passing of the bill, the drum of war began to beat from the two remaining Union countries. Soon afterwards, MacAllister was shot to death by a snipper on 11 August 2393 as he left Parliament building in Ihmetellä, Hutori's capital city. He became Hutori's first Prime Minister to die in office in the country's 250+ years history.
