Le Docteur fut cependant incapable de convaincre la police que le Premier Ministre par intérim était un extraterrestre. Jocrassa ordonna aux militaires de tirer sur le Docteur à vue et de mettre les étages supérieurs en quarantaine. Les Slitheen prirent en chasse le Docteur qui dû se réfugier dans le Cabinet Room. Jocrassa annonça aux médias qu'un vaisseau mère extraterrestre capable de déployer des armes de destruction massive se trouvait juste au-dessus du Royaume-Uni et que la Terre devait se préparer à la guerre. Il demanda aux Nations Unies de donner les codes d'activation de l'arsenal nucléaire du Royaume-Uni, qu'il comptait en réalité utiliser pour détruire la Terre pour la revendre comme carburant lorsqu'elle ne serait plus qu'un tas de matériau radioactif. Avant que les codes ne soient donnés aux Slitheen, le capitaine Price informa Jocrassa et les autres qu'un missile approchait du 10 Downing Street. When the Doctor was unable to convince the police that the Acting Prime Minister was an alien, Jocrassa Fel-Fotch ordered the police inside to shoot the Doctor on sight and placed the upper floors on quarantine. After the Doctor was trapped in the Cabinet Room, Jocrassa Fel-Fotch told the Earth's media that there was an alien mothership capable of deploying "massive weapons of destruction" immediately above the United Kingdom and Earth needed to prepare itself for war. He pleaded the United Nations to give the launch codes for the UK's nuclear arsenel, which were actually to be used as part of the plan to destroy the Earth. Before the launch codes were granted to the Slitheen, Captain Price warned the Slitheen of an incoming missile. Unable to get back into his skin suit of the Prime Minister in time, Jocrassa Fel-Fotch was killed when the missile hit. (TV: World War Three)
