Magnus White Noonan III ("White" is his middle name), (July 30, 1940 - March 19, 2009), was a Georgeland politician and a member of the Georgeland House of Commons for the seat of Lylecity, taking up much of the city of the same name. He was a member of ther Liberal Democratic Party of the United Islands, having been elected as a Democrat in 1983. Noonan was born in Lylecity and lived in the city continuously all his life. He was the son of Magnus Noonan II, who represented the seat in Parliament (as an Independent) from 1960 to 1983 and was the longest-serving Independent MP. Noonan succeeded his father as MP for Lylecity after a civil service career culminating in his being the city's Chief Financial Officer from 1980-1983.
