He encountered the Jedi on their journey to the Imperial Remnant to offer a place in the Galactic Alliance, right after the fall of Bastion to the Yuuzhan Vong. He ordered the Skywalkers to allow boarding of the Jade Shadow by Mark Five security droids. This order was however rebuked by Captain Arien Yage who ordered him to stand down. After much arguing and whining, he stood down.
