The house itself was the residence of world-reknowned architect Henri Charles Anosier after he completed it in 1937. It was one of many art-deco houses Anosier built in this year, but the location "at the heart of Noble City, the very heart of Lovia itself" made Anosier design this house for himself. He lived there until his death in 1967, at which time his estate sold it to the TBD family. The TBD family owned the property for two generations, but in 2014 failed speculation in the NCSE resulted in economic troubles, and they listed the property through Pacific Brokers and Insurers.

  • The house itself was the residence of world-reknowned architect Henri Charles Anosier after he completed it in 1937. The house was kept up extremely well by the old owners, the TBD family, but it was deemed quite conservative in comparasion to the elaborate art-deco exterior. As such, when Dirk Brandt bought the property in July of 2014, he began rennovations immediately. All of the appliances were upgraded to the latest models, as were the two restroooms. The art-deco theme was reinforced with the purchase of many original copies of fine art in the art-deco theme.
