- Boris Vodkavich Yeltsin (Russian: Борис Водкович Неловков Ельцин) was president of Mother Russia between drinks. He made history as the first elected president of the Russian Federation, and as the only leader of a major country to record a popular approval rating (6%) lower than his blood alcohol concentration (9.1%). In Russia's first orderly transition of power, he gave up control of Russia to Vladimir Putin in exchange for an unlimited supply of vodka, delivered intravenously to him through a trans-Siberian alcohol pipeline so mammoth in size that it is visible from the moon.

- Boris Nikolayevich Yeltsin (1931-2007) was the first freely elected president, as well as the first political leader of Russia after the collapse of the Soviet Union. He acted as the Russian president from 1991 until the time of his resignation in 2000. Before his rise to the presidency, Yeltsin acted for the reform of the Russian government, and sought to reduce corruption currently devastating the government. He also came out as a supporter of political reform, expressing his support for democratic and economic reform. Yeltsin played a major role in the collapse of the Soviet government in 1991, and emerged in the reformed government with enough political support to achieve the presidency.
- When Abstergo Industries realized that the then-leader of the Soviet Union, Mikhail Gorbachev, didn't recognize the company's goals, they manipulated Margaret Thatcher to send a letter to Yeltsin telling him of their intention to dispose Gorbachev. A secret meeting was called in Belavezhskaya Forest, and Yeltsin was appointed to unseat Gorbachev and take over control of Russia. He dissolved the Soviet Union and thus Gorbachev's reforms, turning Russia into a more capitalist nation.
- Boris (February 1, 1931-April 23, 2007) was the kind of leader Russians wanted to have a drink with, and usually did. He never took his shoe off during UN meetings and didn't have some horrific red splotch on his face either. Yeltsin oversaw the conversion of Russia from a country controlled by a small cabal of relatively poor communist leaders, to a small cabal of incredibly rich Russian mobsters. Boris was just a great guy who seemed to be at the right place at the right time.
