The Corp was originally founded during the Cold War, when a superhuman invasion by the Russians was a real threat. Under Eisenhower the Corp got its start and began training with past Super Heroes to combat the threat. The Corp was made up of young men eager to serve their country many just had turned eighteen, sworn to secrecy they began the rigorous training that would ensure them ready to combat the most dangerous Superhumans.

After the Cold War The Corp began to focus their attention on the mainland and away from Russia, however they stayed in the background only interfering when it was necessary. In recent years the government began to sell of this organization to private buyers. Many of the Corps core member's would pool together to purchase an office building that housed both training and logistics and hire many of their former operatives. This new branch of the Corp became increasingly interested in Outer Space and invasion from beyond, training to kill almost any extraterrestrial and harboring any friendlies onto the planet if need be. The movie Men in Black was about This new Corp and unlike the movie almost every member keeps a private life and their memories intact, and none of the members wear suits. The Corp was active during the Chrell invasion and almost completely wiped out, although they played a lesser role in the thwarting of the Chrell attacks then the Superhumans they played a role none the less.
