Benjamin Hickman Bunn (October 19, 1844 – August 25, 1907) was an officer in the 47th North Carolina Regiment of the Confederate States Army in the American Civil War. After the war he practiced law in the newly incorporated town of Rocky Mount, North Carolina. Bunn was elected Rocky Mount's first mayor in 1867. He served as delegate to the State constitutional convention in 1875 and to the Democratic National Convention in 1880. He served as member of the State house of representatives 1883-1885, United States House of Representatives 1889–1895, and as postmaster of Rocky Mount 1895-1897.
