The PPC uniform tends to vary from agent to agent, but there is a common agreement on two basic elements of the uniform: 1.
* The uniform must contain black. 2.
* It needs a flash patch (preferably someplace everyone can see it). Beyond that, anything (nearly) goes. Of course, as with any rule, there are exceptions: the Department for Elf Protection, before its merger with the Department of Character Protective Services, wore green. The Medical Department has an armband, not a flash patch. The Department of Internal Affairs has no flash patch at all. But usually, the above is agreed on.

The first description of a PPC uniform comes from "Vacation at OFUM" with Agents Jay and Acacia. It's all black, it has a flash patch on one sleeve, and that's pretty much it.
