Commodore Terekhov demanded that Yucel stand down, but she refused, threatening to have civilian hostages held in a nearby soccer stadium killed. In response to that, the Commodore had his flagship fire a kinetic strike at the government compound she was in, leveling the building and killing Yucel and everyone else inside. (HH14)
