D. Christian Gottshall (August 3, 1967 - April 29, 1998) was an American actor who made his acting debut as Bloom, Montana Stone's public defender in the episode "Badge of Dishonor" of the series Miami Vice. Gottshall's only other TV appearance was in five episodes of The Adventures of Superboy. His movie appearances include his debut in Ernest Saves Christmas, his other roles included No Retreat, No Surrender 3 and his final role in 1993's Matinee (with Lucinda Jenney). Gottshall died of Hodgkin's Disease on April 29, 1998, in Tampa, Florida at the age of 30.
