The single was initially released in October 1996 by Star Child and King Records with "Watashi Rashiku", the ending theme song for the TV series. Both were rereleased in February 2010 with "Dearest", the theme song for Prince of Darkness. There is an instrumental version called the "Off Vocal Version". Both the vocal and instrumental versions were covered by J-pop band Angela as part of their "YOU GET TO BURNING" single released in September 2005.
