Rod and Laura appear much friendlier then their uncles, aunt and Grandfather; however, they have a tendency to act good to the D-Team, then betray them. Rod and Laura have been sent out by Seth several times to get dinosaurs since they were better fighters than the D-Team and the A-Team. They managed to get Saurophaganax, Stegosaurus, and Ampelosaurus, but afterwards, Laura found out Seth's real plan to modify dinosaurs so he could make one strong enough to survive extinction and they worked with the D-Team from then on. They help the D-Team after Seth betrays their grandfather and takes Zeta Point for himself. In the battle against the Black Tyrannosaurus, Rod uses Spiny, Ampelosaurus and Megalosaurus, while Laura uses Tank, Stegosaurus, Euoplocephalus and Deinonychus.
