| - Arx - MET Der Name oder vielleicht Titel einer Metropole in Ataris, so dass bei einer von Atariern eroberten Metropole dem alten Namen ein "Arx" vorgesetzt würde, also theoretisch "Arx Chairedia". Der Name bezieht sich auf eine Mindestgröße, die Stadt (Arks) und die Burg (Ars) unterscheiden sich also leicht in dieser Vorsilbe. Einzige bekannte Metropole von Ataris ist Arx Barlon. .

- Arx is the Regalis Imperium's frontline defense against threats from the Unknown Regions. Much of the military strength stems from the academy on the planet, and the intensive training simulations that occur in its proving grounds.
- ARX was originally a Decepticon slave, but was freed from this life during a raid led by Optimus Prime. Rebuilt and refitted with an Earth-based altmode, he's since become an Autobot as dedicated to their cause as any other. He is highly loyal to the Autobot commanders and highly values honor, practicing a strict moral code. In robot mode, he wields a fearsome energy sword, while in his Stryker Mobile Gun System mode, his primary weapon is a 105 mm tank gun. A robot of phenomenal strength and limitless tenacity, Arx battles unceasingly against his former masters.
- Arx is a member of the Green Lantern Corps assigned to Sector 488. He is a native of the planet Thorr'g. Born a twin, Arx has an immensely competitive nature, and in some ways considers his selection as a Green Lantern another way of surpassing his brother, who was not chosen. While this spirit gave him a large edge while training as a rookie, it also made it slightly more difficult for him to establish good teamwork with his fellow Lanterns. While still a rookie, he was unfortunate enough to get in the way of Guy Gardner attempting to demand shore leave.

He accompanies Teggs in The Star Pirates and helps to trick Spiny Jim by sabotaging his Gold Magnet. Arx prefers brains to brawn, but can use his three sharp horns to fight if he must. When he's sad or depressed, these horns droop, and they wiggle if he's confused. His niece is Abbiz, a guide on Aggadon.

In The Carnivore Curse, he was the only astrosaur to be captured and held prisoner by Prince Poota's Agents. His Astro-file reveals that he became the youngest pilot of a Triceratops Star-Cruiser during the T. rex-Triceratops war and had probably been an orphan since the war, since there is no mention of his parents in the file. Arx appears in every book, but not in the Astrosaurs Academy series.
