| - I've been trying to edit the page, about me - Juan-Luis Sanchez. The information is now several years old and some of the links are out of date. When I tried to edit the page it triggered some kind of spam warning (as did this attempt to post to the admins forum when I included the link to the article). Please how can I make it so I can edit this page and update the information? Thanks, Juan-Luis Sanchez Since you're a newly registered user, it's going to interpret attempts to add external links as spam. Just give it a few days and you should be fine. -- SFH 15:37, September 5, 2011 (UTC) Specifically, the filter in question requires "autoconfirmed" status to add or modify external links, or even to modify lines than contain external links. To obtain autoconfirmed status, you need to wait until your account is four days old (this is measured down to the second). After then, you should have no problem dealing with external links. In the meantime, you can still add internal links by following the instructions here. Master Jonathan — Jedi Council Chambers Monday, September 5, 2011, 17:07 UTC Thank you very much, very helpful!
