James Little (born c.1873) was a barrister. Educated at Oxford, he was called to the bat at the Inner Temple in 1896. Under emergency legislation in effect during the First World War he was co-opted as a Municipal Reform Party member of the London County Council to fill a casual vacancy in the representation of Finsbury, Central on 30 May 1916. When elections resumed in March 1919 he defended the seat but was defeated.
