Hurricane Failicia was a strong category 4 hurricane in the Eastern Pacific. It had 155 MPH winds and didn't effect land. Failicia formed from a non-tropical wave that moved off the Mexican coast on September 21. The wave would form into a tropical wave and the NHC started to note how the wave could form into a tropical system.
