A perfect party is comprised of seven (7) members. While the combinations used can vary, the important thing to note is that once seven players are grouped together, an experience bonus is granted to the whole party. This allows characters to level much faster then they would alone.(soloing yeilds greatest amount of xp, followed by duo, then trio/Perfect Party (PP) The Front Line Fighter is a secondary support warrior that concentrates on assisting the Tank. This helps to ensure survival and overall success. Below is only one example of a perfect party combination. While this may work for you, it is hardly the only choice available. Feel free try various combinations yourself. 1. The Defender Ideally a Defender will use taunt to draw the enemy into a tight circle that can be attacked with area of effect (AOE) spells. They are also a good first choice as a primary tank. They are also highly recommended for any AOE and boss parties. The Priest is ideal as a party healer and dispelling any and all debuff spells on the Defender or Tank. In either case, the primary Tank is always their priority. They will then focus attention and healing on any supporting tanks and others in their party depending on need. The Front Line Fighter is a secondary support warrior that concentrates on assisting the Tank. As a result, they are highly recommended for inclusion in most/all parties. The Versatile fighter stands ready to support any ranger/archer guards to draw the attention of any enemies that are attacking the priest(s) or mage(s). Also they help mop up any enemies still standing after AOEs have concluded. The Ranger is often the protector of the most vulnerable members of the party. They also ensures that all party buffs are kept up. Since the Defender, Fighters, Priests and Mages are often occupied, having the Ranger on alert is paramount. The Ranger should avoid getting involved in combat involving the aggressive monsters that the Defender has herded. This is mainly a result of the Ranger's best attack is utilizing his chain attack spells. These spells are time based and any lag (especially in dungeons) will disable their full potential. Also any Priest or Mage in your party count on the Ranger to keep them safe. Not recommended in AOE party.Rangers have become a big party of AoE parties now, with their AoE skills to stop mobs from attacking it helps to keep the load off the priest and any one else under pressure of dieing. The Archer utilized in a guarding position is ideal. However, if a ranger is present in group, then they can still attack those monsters still standing after any AOE attacks have concluded. Also the Archer, with their long range individual buff, can single out an individual enemy, such as a boss and avoid the mobs. If a boss has a party buff that strengthens the mob, the Archer is all that more useful. Not recommended in AOE party. The Mage is often times the most powerful attacker. However, they are also the most most vulnerable as well. The Mage should always delay attacking a monster to ensure the main Tank has its full attention. Also keep in mind that the Mage must be wary of using powerful spells if they draw the attention of unwanted enemies. An important consideration to keep in mind is that a Mage should avoid being attacked so that it's best spells can be cast. Highly recommended in AOE party. every class in here is a great use for AoE parties. so dont think that they shouldnt be, with the reviesed buffs and skill all classes have each class helps every other class, so in an ideal perfect party, you would want 1 of EACH class and then maybe another priest.
