His company the IT - Management Group, which he founded with the age of 18 years in 1999 was awared a certification by the Chamber of Commerce for outstanding performance five years later. His work with clients, managers and CEOs from different countries led him to focus his research on international management and intercultural differences. Christoph Lymbersky is now the head of the Management Laboratory, a non for profit organisation involved in research, and consultant to different start-up companies.
