This Song serves as the climax for the fourth and final chapter of the Trials Arc in Ciel nosurge: Ushinawareta Hoshi e Sasagu Uta, and its original purpose is being the activator song for the Neptron: the service that was slated to replace the current Cielnotron setup and which would theoretically multiply by a factor of eight the power they could draw from the AI REON. However, this was just a ruse: since the Song also makes use of the TX Clusters program, its actual purpose is exchanging the souls of REON and the Diver that tries contacting it, as well as awakening REON's consciousness.

  • This Song serves as the climax for the fourth and final chapter of the Trials Arc in Ciel nosurge: Ushinawareta Hoshi e Sasagu Uta, and its original purpose is being the activator song for the Neptron: the service that was slated to replace the current Cielnotron setup and which would theoretically multiply by a factor of eight the power they could draw from the AI REON. However, this was just a ruse: since the Song also makes use of the TX Clusters program, its actual purpose is exchanging the souls of REON and the Diver that tries contacting it, as well as awakening REON's consciousness. Neptool Planck, the CEO of the Tz-Tube Company devised this Song and made Nay sing it in order to replace Ion as the Tenmon Princess, considering her as unfit to become Empress, and planned to use REON in order to gain complete control over Ra Ciela. However, REON had its own plans and tried to use Ion's body to escape the place where it was imprisoned to return to its own world, which caused Ion to attempt to commit suicide when REON threatened to kill her friends. Afterwards, Nay sang this Song with different feelings in order to bring back Ion to life and trap REON again. This is the first Song in the Surge Concerto series to employ both the Emotional Song Pact and REON-4213 languages, which is due to Nay's own special nature, as well as the fact that since Emotional Song Pact draws a kind of power that REON itself can't control or hijack, it is needed for the Song to actually work.
