Snake Man Pit is the 7th level in The Megaverse. It is a heavily modified version of Snake Man's level from Mega Man 3. In this level, the player must navigate past a multitude of robotic snake heads spitting projectiles as well as fence-climbing Koopas and bullets hidden in clouds during open sections. A brief auto-scroll section leads to the level's mid-boss: a larger version of the smaller snake heads. Snake Man serves as the level boss.
